Inoo was born in Iruma of the Saitama prefecture on June 22, 1990. He entered Johnny's and Associates on September 23, 2001. One of the only ones of the group that entered in after the age of 10.
Inoo learned piano at a young age and continues to this day playing. His skill playing piano and keyboard has him play piano for group or solo member songs during live concerts. He owns many styles of pianos, including Steinway and Sons, and YAMAHA. His keyboard collection also contains YAMAHA, as well as Korg.
Inoo is known both in the professional modelling world as well as Johnny's for his feminine, round face. His unique hair style known as mushroom gets him teased a lot within JUMP, mainly because it has not changed very much in the past 10 years. The other thing that people notice when he is a guest on TV shows besides his feminine face, are his beautiful hands and long fingers. His usual response to comments about his hands is, "You can thank my mother and father for them," as it is that he inherited the trait from his father who has the same hands.
His feminine appearance and mannerisms are counteracted in his family by his younger sister who is known for being a tomboy and having a bad attitude, especially towards authorities.
Inoo entered Meiji University after passing his high school exams in 2008. He graduated with a bachelors degree of Architecture in 2012. His reasoning for taking architecture was that he wanted to do something that he hated, which was mathematics. Because if he hated it he would be more inclined to finish it. Since graduating, Inoo has been invited on many TV shows regarding the architecture around Japan (and the demolition of it as well), and still writes articles for a popular Architectural journal in Japan every month. One of his dreams is to travel to Italy to study the architecture there.
