"Mayonaka no Shadow Boy" was released on October 10, 2008. It was the theme song for a drama called Scrap Teacher starring Yamada Ryosuke, Nakajima Yuto, Chinen Yuri, and Arioka Daiki. This single became a turning point of the group's music style for a couple of years. Formally known as a happy-go-lucky sound, quickly became a sound of melancholic passion.
